Three issues of interest are being displayed on this website. First, Ron Kailey was sued for Software Piracy involving the Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities. He settled out of court in favor of the plaintiff. That detailed information is directly following this paragraph. Second, Kailey's BBA degree is from an outlawed diploma mill. Preston University has been kicked out of several states plus it is a serious violation of law to use their degrees in other states. You will find that information located just below the short software piracy list. Third Kailey attempted using a pathetic and cheap fear tactic to coverup his actions. And finally, I will shed some light about this particular dot com URL which will be discussed at the end of this web page.

It is extremely disturbing that Ron Kailey has used an outlawed diploma mill for advancement in life while the rest of us busted our tails at a real accredited college for a degree. For those of us who attended a real accredited college we slept every other day, did homework clear into the sunrise hours, had assigned school work all weekend long, and no life outside of the classroom to earn top grades. In my opinion only the low life garbage will use an outlawed diploma mill. Diploma mills damage the value of our accredited college degrees.

We have over 40 screen captures dating clear back to 2005 that shows Ron Kailey bragging about his Preston University degree. We are looking at least a full decade that Kailey used this diploma mill. It was on the second link at the very top of his main domain page. Kailey had deleted that baseball website in late 2015. That site showed a very sad excuse of a resume summary that Kailey graduated from LCCC with both an AAS and a certificate of engineering, and later received a BBA from Preston University in Cheyenne.

Below you will find 40 of the court documents involving the lawsuit against Ron Kailey for software piracy. They can simply be downloaded and read with adobe PDF reader. I have found many other court documents of interest about Cheyenne residents involved in questionable activities that may violate our state laws.

IMO Rick Collard provided a lot of solid evidence while Kailey had no evidence at all. I only saw Kailey denying the charges. The evidence shows that the contract was between Rick Collard and the Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities. Rick Collard wrote and copyrighted the code so it belongs to him period. Ron Kailey settled out of court in favor of Rick Collard for an undisclosed amount.

We have been exposing people who do wrong for a number of decades. The pattern is always the same. They threaten to take action against you for exposing them to the public for their questionable actions. Ron Kailey was no different at all because he followed the same fear threat pattern like many others have done in the past. We have emails backing up his pathetic threats if we informed others about this lawsuit. He worded his sad threat such that if anybody connected to him was contacted he would take action against that person. It is called the freedom of information act to obtain this information and every single person has a legal right to view it. Any pathetic threats from this person are feable at best and will never intimidate us.

In closing we have three areas of serious concern that Ron Kailey has absolutely no business making decisions for Laramie County and should be voted out of office on Election Day. Laramie County can certainly do well without this individual's questionable actions. This website will stay online for all time to remind people to keep Ron Kailey out of office in case he ever runs in the future.

First and foremost Ron Kailey was sued for software piracy. Ron Kailey did in fact settle out of court in favor of Rick Collard. After reading the court documents it appears that Ron Kailey bragged about placing this illegally pirated software on 40 to 50 different computers in seven states. The penalty for software piracy is a fine of 250,000 dollars and five years in prison for each and every offense. You can do the math for the 40 to 50 piracy violations. This could explain at least one reason why this fool Ron Kailey settled out of court in favor of Rick Collard. Ron Kailey could have been fined millions of dollars and spent a large number of decades in prison for a crime of this magnitude. We are NOT talking about somebody who purchases a single software license for one computer then installs it on two computers which is also a violation of the law. He took somebody else's copyrighted work then sold it as though it were his own property. What kind of a fool would take somebody else's property and then openly sell it as if it was his own property? Can you believe that anybody is ignorant enough to attempt this action? Because of Kailey the Cheyenne BOPU is left with a huge embarrassment and a very badly tainted image. Many of the readers wonder how Kailey ever thought he could get away with it.

Second is the fact that Ron Kailey has used an outlawed diploma mill for advancement in life for at least ten years that I can verify. It may have even been for a much longer period of time than we know. This one really gets me so mad. Most all college students bust their tails to earn top grades at an accredited institution. Unfortunately this fowl individual Ron Kailey chose to attend a fly by night outlawed diploma mill for his education. Then this fool Kailey actually placed this institution's name on a website in a pathetic shortened resume where anybody with a computer could see it. Any reputable company who sees one of these diploma mills on a resume automatically throws them in the garbage or deletes them from their computer. In several states those companies can actually have you face criminal violations and even litigation for their use. It is shameful that this individual has lowered the value of legitimate educational institutions by using a diploma mill. In my opinion this is yet again another sad case of Ron Kailey's transparent abuse of the system for personal gain. Most everybody knew that Preston University was a scam diploma mill in the early 2000s. You would have to of been very ignorant or even very stupid to consider attending Preston University commonly known as an outlawed diploma mill.

Third let us not forget that Ron Kailey made a sad and pathetic threat in a feeble intimidation attempt to cover up his tainted past. Unfortunate for Ronald Kailey we are NOT intimidated in any way shape or form by his threats. Plain and simple Ron Kailey took somebody else's property without their permission. No matter how you try and spin Kailey's action taking somebody else's property without their permission is theft. Then Ron Kailey made several sales with that same property. In all 50 states there are laws that are labeled in similar fashion as distribution of stolen property. This individual may try and spin this in multiple ways. He may claim that he settled this issue many years ago. He may try and blame it on a disgruntled employee. He may claim it was no big deal. This is nothing more than a cheap side show to divert your attention from what he did. Ron Kailey's actions are so typical of those who want to cover up their questionable acts from public view. If Kailey would have just made an explanation when I approached him about the links in the anonymous note that I recieved rather than make threats towards me I probably would have just tossed it out. I seriously doubt that I would have given it any continued thought. But Kailey's instant threat pattern would make anybody dig in deep to find out the truth. Interesting how a single action can alter your entire life.

This website will remain online for many decades to come probably for all time. We can never afford to allow Ron Kailey to hold any public office again. Our political system can live well without any of the corruption. This website will also serve as a warning for anybody who may consider future dealings with Ron Kailey. All of those people who are currently connected to Ron Kailey may want to sever any ties to this individual. Do you honestly want to have any connections with a person who violated our U.S. laws over and over and over, who in my opinion was foolish enough to think he could get away with it?
